Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. She is best known as the anchor of the CNN morning show At This Hour. Earlier she co-anchored the CNN Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan participated in CNN's award winning coverage of the presidential elections in 2012 and the 2016 presidential election. She also spent time as a reporter in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan was a reporter for legislative and congressional occasions, including discussions on raising the debt ceiling of the US and the super committee's discussions. Her general assignment work has included reports on The Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the Government's stimulus program in 2009. She began working for CNN Newsource in the year 2007. As a CNN Newsource correspondent, she reported on breaking news as well as produced feature stories to over 800 CNN Newsource members. In the past, she was a reporter for NBC News MSNBC and WTVD-TV. The woman currently lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
