Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a playback singer, actress and musician. She works primarily as musician and performer for Tamil and Malayalam language films. Annayum's Rasoolum, her Malayalam as well as Tamil debut. The actress made her debut in Tamil alongside Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea Jeremiah is an Anglo-Indian born in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father is a lawyer in the Madras High Court. Her younger sister works as an academic research assistant from Belgium and has a job in Leuven. Jeremiah was raised in Chennai and attended National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. The woman has claimed that she was a huge geek and wanted to be psychiatrist when she passed the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea was a classical pianist when she was eight. Young Stars, a Jackson Five-style ensemble she joined around the age of 10 provided her with the foundations for singing and music. The actress was also a stage performer in the college she attended as well as appearing in various stage plays organised through The Madras Players and EVAM. She was also one of the Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea's stage career started by performing with actor Girishkarnad Nagamandala. She was featured in the 2006 tea commercial featuring Shiva. In 2006, she was a part-time actress in a TV show that aired on Podhigai. She's performed roles in India. The brief appearance was in Kanda Mudhal's climax (2005). After she rendered a song in Gautham Vasudev Menon's Vettaiyaadu she was asked to appear in the role of a lead female characters in his next project Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea portrays Kalyani who is wife and mother whose man loves her. Andrea got the part of Kalyani after Simran Shobana Tabu as well as other actors were invited to audition for the role. The film debuted in the early 2010s. Her minor role was accepted for Venkat's Mankatha in 2011, which featured a variety of actors. She made her Malayalam film debut in the Annayum film of Rajeeev Ratti by Rasoolum in 2013.
